New Last Blood Forum

Yup, I made a new forum for our League of Legends team Last Blood (without Pedrins permission ). Since the old forum got so inactive I thought of making this new one to bring some life to our community outside the client. If we all work together we could make this forum able to grow.

The other forum was same great like this, but there we lacked activity(0 posts by me, to my shame^^)

Let's hope here we'll have at least 1/4 activity that we have in Essence forum.
