If I'm bored I often check what Riot nerfed/buffed in the past, sometimes it's really hilarious what big steps were needed to have the current item/champion/summoner spell.

Ghost:
Currently:
Your Champion ignores unit collision and moves 27% faster for 10 seconds. Cooldown 210. Mastery point increases the movement speed by 6% and its duration by 1.5 seconds.
Before:
V1.0.0.112
Ghost duration decreased to 10 from 14.
V1.0.0.101
Ghost movement speed increase reduced to 27% from 32%.
July 10, 2009 Patch:
Duration reduced to 15 from 30 sec.
May 9, 2009 Patch:
Cooldown increased to 210 from 180 sec.
So Ghost was like -> Your Champion ignores unit collision and moves 32% faster for 30 seconds. Cooldown 180. Mastery point increases the movement speed by 6% and its duration by 1.5 seconds.
Kinda op ^^ But it was in Beta, anyway fun to imagine the troll comments in the LoL forum if ghost would be like that nowadays.
