1) Go to C:\Program Files\League of Legends\Air and open the archive locale with wordpad or notes book(or whoever is called in Egnlish lol). You'll find there something like locale=en_GB if you installed in English. Now, if you want change it to spanish, cahnge en_GB for es_ES.
2) Go to C:\Program Files \League of Legends\Game\DATA\CFG and open the archive game.cfg again with wordpad or "notes book" and search LanguageLocaleRegion=en_GB. Again Spanish example, if you want to put it in Spanish, change it for LanguageLocaleRegion=es_ES.
