Yes, it is being patched, they have problems and the last new by Ymir(English Community Coordinator) was this:
"13:15(I guess UK time): While bringing up the system for verification, we noticed an issue with one of our databases. In order to avoid potential poor player experience, we are extending downtime by 3 hours to fix the issue. Once resolved, we'll verify the system and release the patch to users."

Last bad news, we have to wait a bit else to try Brand
