since our 5v5 customs arent takin place too often, i think this might be a nice idea to try out for some of u who play together more often. its still in the beginnin phase an i dunno if itll work, still it sounds pretty nice.

as nerd said itll be a chat where teams will offer a match in different elo categories (like e.g. looking for a 5v5 1300-1500 elo or stuff), an if u want to play against them u have the possiblity to pm them an to arrange a match vs them.
ofc u can do the same offerin other teams to play against ur own team.
all together its a kind of team matchmaking channel, where u can chose ur enemies by ur own.
for me it sounds pretty nice cuz u can find out how good 'ur' team is against other teams on ur lvl
