well it seems i am the only one who cant conect to the game, i ve been trying it since yesterday and nothing, lol.
I am playing atm in Us server with a new account, pedrin1 so if u log in there, add me. To play in the Us server, just download the "Standalone Version (no installation required)" and play without queue =)

I dont know if you knew this about "perma busy server status"
This new status means that you won't join an endless queue, but if you keep your launcher open with the BUSY status, it updates every 30 secs and it will become ONLINE after some time, and then you will login. You may find a little queue there.
I haven't tested it, but spanish staff said this @ lol forums.

yes atom , when server is busy I open client 5-6 times and become online 
then 10-15 min queue

Yep, I can confirm. It works.
I went afk 20 minutes ago, Client was even "Server not available" and when I came back, I could click the "Start" button, altho the Server was still not available.
